Jean-Talon

This project integrates and fits into a changing urban environment. In order to requalify and energize the district, the project was designed in three main volumetric parts: the one-storey base, the 7-storey body, the 4-storey crown and a recessed mezzanine housing a space for relaxation and a direct access to the green roof.
